Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026This privacy policy explains what data dpmnw.com collects when you visit it, what we do with that data, and what choices you have. The site is run by Dreier Property Management Northwest.
The short version
The website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels. It does not load scripts or fonts from third parties. The only data anyone sees about your visit is the standard server-log data that AWS records for any website (your IP address, the page you requested, and the time), which AWS retains for a short period to help operate the site.
What this site collects
Server logs
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). Each request to the site is logged by AWS with the following technical information:
- The IP address the request came from
- The URL requested
- The HTTP method and response code
- The user-agent string sent by your browser (browser type and version)
- A timestamp
- The CloudFront edge location that served the request
We do not enable detailed CloudFront access logging at this time, so this data exists only as standard short-term operational data within AWS infrastructure. If we enable detailed logging in the future, this policy will be updated.
Cookies, analytics, fingerprinting
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, or similar), uses no advertising or remarketing pixels, and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, or iframes. The site's Content Security Policy enforces this technically — any external request would be blocked by your browser.
Rental applications
The current "Apply" page is a placeholder that asks you to email or call us. When you do, the personal information you share (your name, contact info, employment and income details, references, etc.) is handled the way any landlord handles a rental application:
- It is used only to evaluate your application against our published screening criteria.
- If you submit a credit / criminal / civil-records consumer report (or pay our application fee for one to be ordered), that report is used solely to make the rental decision and is retained per RCW 59.18.257 requirements.
- It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
- It may be shared with our attorney, our insurance carrier, or law enforcement, in each case only as required to manage the property or comply with the law.
When the online application form launches at a future date, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what fields are collected and what happens to that data. Until then, the information you send by email is handled per the policy above.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We don't use your information for advertising or marketing other than directly responding to your inquiry.
- We don't share data with social media networks.
- We don't enroll you in any mailing list automatically.
Your rights
You may at any time:
- Ask what personal information about you we hold and have it disclosed to you.
- Ask for inaccuracies in that information to be corrected.
- Ask for your information to be deleted, subject to legal obligations to retain certain records (for example, lease records and screening reports must be retained for a period set by Washington law).
To exercise any of these rights, email dreierpropertymanagement@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes (for example, when we add an online application form) will be announced in the policy itself.
