This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or pixels. Its Content Security Policy enforces that technically. The only record of your visit is the standard short-term server-log data AWS keeps for any site it hosts — IP address, page requested, and time.
Rental applications
Information you send us when you inquire or apply — name, contact details, employment and income, references, and any consumer report ordered as part of screening — is used only to evaluate your application against our screening criteria and to manage a tenancy if one begins. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. It may be shared with our attorney, our insurance carrier, or law enforcement where required to manage the property or comply with the law.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask that inaccuracies be corrected, or ask that it be deleted — subject to records Washington law requires us to retain. Email dreierpropertymanagement@gmail.com or call/text (206) 227-4158 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
